Recipe Ingredients for Sharon's Meat Loaf

1.5 loaf ( yield from 1 lb raw meat ) Beef, Ground, 85% Lean Meat / 15% Fat, Loaf
1 large Egg, Whole
0.25 cup Milk, Nonfat, Fluid
1/2 cup dry(40 g) Quick Quaker Oats
4 oz Green Chilies

Recipe Directions for Sharon's Meat Loaf

  1. Combine all indgredients including other spices/herbs to taste. I use worsteshire sauce and italian herbs.

  2. Add to baking pan and bake at 350 for an hour.
