A Turkish vegetable dish, can be eaten hot or at room temperature.

Recipe Ingredients for SharaShura

4 small eggplant
2 bell peppers
4 plum tomatoes
1/2 c olive oil
1 tbsp salt
2 tbsp white vinegar
3 cloves garlic

Recipe Directions for SharaShura

  1. Slice the eggplant and fry in oil. Set aside.

  2. Cut peppers in strips, discarding seeds, and fry. Add the cut up garlic, then add cut up tomatoes and the eggplant. When done add the salt and vinegar. Makes 12 small servings.
