Easy, but delicious tofu scramble.

Recipe Ingredients for Shannon's Tofu Scramble

8 oz tofu
1/2 tomato, chopped
1/2 onion, diced
1/2 teaspoon olive oil
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1/4 teaspoon cumin
1/2 teaspoon turmeric

Recipe Directions for Shannon's Tofu Scramble

  1. Press tofu to remove excess water.

  2. Crumble tofu.

  3. Lightly coat frying pan with olive oil.

  4. Saute onions until clear.

  5. Add Tofu and cook for about 4 minutes, or until lightly brown.

  6. Add soy sauce, cumin and turmeric and cook for 1 minute

  7. Add tomato and cook for 30 seconds, or until soft.

  8. Serve
