1 lb raw chicken breast tenders, skinless
1 (14oz) stewed tomatoes
1/4 cup light mozzarella cheese, shredded
6 wheat flour tortillas
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp cumin

Recipe Directions for Shannon's Chiken Burritos

  1. Add chicken and can of stewed tomatoes in skillet,

  2. add cumin, pepper and chili powder :

  3. simmer until cooked and tender.

  4. Drain, add to tortilla, top with shredded cheese.
