Just my chili recipe. I use Williams Chili Seasoning which seems to make it a little more tasty. I'm sure you could cut some calories and fat out, this is just my standard recipe before I started my new diet.

Recipe Ingredients for Shannon's Best Chili Ever

16 ounce Ground Beef
12 ounce Ground Pork
1 medium white onion
31 ounce Chili Beans
29 ounce Diced Tomatoes
5 tbsp ketchup
1 tsp brown sugar
1 ounce Chili Seasoning
12 ounce light beer
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp crushed red pepper
1 cup of water

Recipe Directions for Shannon's Best Chili Ever

  1. Brown ground beef and pork in a non stick skillet

  2. Add diced onion

  3. Rinse once fully cooked (to remove grease)

  4. add seasoning packet, garlic powder, pepper, chili powder, and crushed red pepper.

  5. Empty in can of beer, bring to a boil then keep on medium heat for 10 minutes.

  6. Add in cans of beans, cans of tomatoes, water, ketchup, and brown sugar, bring to a boil.

  7. Let simmer for 30 minutes, then serve.
