Modified from Libby's...I use different amounts of spices, Splenda, and pre-made shallower pie crusts.

Recipe Ingredients for Shanna's (Splenda) Pumpkin Pie

1 1/2 cups Splenda
1 tsp. salt
4 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ground cloves
1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg
4 large eggs
29 oz Pumpkin
24 fl. oz. Carnation Evaporated Milk
3 Graham Cracker Pie Crusts

Recipe Directions for Shanna's (Splenda) Pumpkin Pie

  1. Mix Splenda, salt, cinnamon, cloves and nutmeg in small bowl.

  2. Beat eggs in large bowl. Stir in pumpkin and the Splenda-spice mixture.

  3. Gradually stir in evaporated milk.

  4. Pour into pie shells.

  5. Bake in preheated 425 degree oven for 15 minutes. Reduce temperature to 350 degrees; bake 40-50 minutes or until knife inserted near center comes out clean.
