2 teaspoons honey
2 tablespoons water - extra
1 can mushrooms
5 Noodle Stir Fry
5 cups eggplant
1 1/2 tablespoons hot sauce
2 cups cabbage
200 ml water
1/2 cup Quinoa

Recipe Directions for Shanghai Stir Fry Eggplant

  1. heat water to boil

  2. add honey and hot sauce

  3. turn heat down

  4. add eggplant- cubed

  5. slow cook till eggplant soaks up the water

  6. add bag of noodle stir fry, cabbage and mushrooms

  7. slow cook about 45 minutes
