Meatloaf, but not quite as bad for you as your mother's.

Recipe Ingredients for Shane's Marginally Less Unhealthy Meat Loaf

2 lb. ground beef
1 cup bread crumbs
1 large onion, diced
2 cloves garlic
2 egg whites
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. ground black pepper
1/2 tsp. basil
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/4 cup ketchup

Recipe Directions for Shane's Marginally Less Unhealthy Meat Loaf

Saute garlic and onion until soft, then combine garlic and onion with ground sirloin. Add remaining ingredients except ketchup (bread crumbs, egg whites, salt, pepper, worchestershire sauce, basil, oregano) to the mixture and form into a loaf. Place loaf in an 8x13" loaf pan and cover with the ketchup. Bake at 350 for an hour.
