Recipe Ingredients for Shane's Black Bean Hummus v1.2

2 clove garlic (roasted garlic even better!)
15 oz black beans , drain and reserve liquid
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp tahini
3/4 teaspoon ground cumin
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/4 teaspoon paprika

Recipe Directions for Shane's Black Bean Hummus v1.2

  1. Mince garlic in food processor (or use 2 tbsp chopped garlic from jar).

  2. Combine all ingredients in food processor. Add 2 Tbsp reserved liquid.

  3. Process until smooth.
