Recipe Ingredients for Shane's Black Bean Hummus

15 oz black beans, drained, reserve liquid
2 tbsp tahini
5 cloves roasted garlic (17g)
2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
3 tbsp fresh lemon juice
2 tsp apple cider vinegar
2 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp paprika
1/4 tsp cayenne
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper

Recipe Directions for Shane's Black Bean Hummus

  1. Combine ingredients in food processor and process until desired level of smoothness. Add reserved liquid if needed to thin out mixture.

  2. Refrigerate.
