3/4 gallon whole milk
15 oz. Buddig Beef
1 cup flour
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper

  1. Melt butter

  2. Whisk in flour

  3. Add some milk

  4. Whisk

  5. More milk, more whisk

  6. Rest of milk, salt and pepper

  7. Whisk until thickens
