31 g shallots
4 eggs
2 slices turkey ham
3 tbsp grated parmesan cheese
2 tbsp olive oil

Recipe Directions for Shallot & Turkey ham Omelet

  1. Heat oil in non-stick pan

  2. Slice shallots and add to oil. Fry until golden

  3. Add ham slices, cut into pieces

  4. Beat eggs and add parmesan cheese

  5. Add egg mixture to pan

  6. Cook on side

  7. Turn over and cook until golden

  8. Remove and serve immediately
