Sunny side up egg over a spicy tomato sauce. Best serves with bread to scoop up all the yyummy goodness.

Recipe Ingredients for Shakshuka

4 tomatoes
1 eggs
1 onion
1 bell pepper
1 tspn olive oil

Recipe Directions for Shakshuka

  1. Put tomatoes in the blender.

  2. In a pan cook a little garlic in olive oil and when it browns take the garlic out so it doesnt become bitter. Add the onions and bell peppers and jalepeno if your brave cook until soft.

  3. Add tomato mixture season and cover for about 15 minutes.

  4. When you are ready to serve crack in the egg - serve while the egg white is stable but the yellow is runny.
