Took this recipe on a site for "restaurant recipes". Taste much better than the real stuff. Makes enough to coat 4-6 pieces of meat ot tofu.

Recipe Ingredients for Shake N, Bake Homemade

1/2 cup Corn Flakes (crushed)
2 tsp. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. Paprika
1/4 tsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. onion powder

Recipe Directions for Shake N, Bake Homemade

  1. Mix all ingredients together and put in a freezer bag.

  2. Coat chicken or pork chops or Tofu.

  3. Bake at 400F until cooked through.
