Making Spaghetti sauce at home is really easy and satisfying.

Recipe Ingredients for Sgetti sauce

14 1/2 oz Diced Tomatoes No Salt Added
14 1/2 oz Diced Tomatoes No Salt Added
1/2 cup Fire Roasted Diced Tomatoes
2 tablespoon Garlic, Minced
16 oz Yam
1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions
12 oz Chicken Sausage
2 cup Spinach
4 oz Fat Free Feta
8 oz mushrooms

Recipe Directions for Sgetti sauce

Peel and cube the sweet potatoes and onions. Simmer in a large pot with garlic, spinach and the canned tomatoes until the potatoes are tender and the spinach is wilted. While waiting, cube the sausage and broccoli and slice the mushrooms. Puree the tomato-sweet potato in a blender. Warning, spaghetti sauce likes to splatter and make huge messes. Then add sausage, mushrooms, broccoli and feta cheese. Serve with favorite noodles.
