another toss in a pot! More like a stew but goooood! Quick and under 15 minutes dinners ready. I use the 98% fat free cream of chicken soup by campbell's less calorie and fat.

Recipe Ingredients for SGBear's Quick Toss in a Pot Soup

1 chicken breast
2 cup zucchini
1 cup frozen corn
1 1/2 cup frozen broccoli
1/2 cup onion
1 cup green beans
1/4 tsp turmeric
1/2 tsp granulated garlic
1/2 cup skim milk
1/2 cup apple juice
1 can cream of chicken soup

Recipe Directions for SGBear's Quick Toss in a Pot Soup

  1. Dice Zucchini, Onions, Chicken, Broccoli, Green beans

  2. Sprinkle Chicken with Turmeric and Granulated Garlic and set aside for the moment

  3. In a pot with apple juice toss in Zucchini and Onion and stew while on the side mix cream of chicken soup and skim milk till smooth.

  4. Toss in chicken and the rest of the veggies

  5. cook for about 5 minutes

  6. Add cream of chicken soup/ milk mixture and mix thoroughly

  7. Simmer 5 more minutes

  8. Enjoy!
