Chop, dice, open a can and toss together in a pan cook for 10 minutes and POOF dinner's ready! great over rice but not necessary

Recipe Ingredients for SGBear's Quick Teriyaki Chicken and Veggi Toss

16 oz (2 large or 4 small) chicken breast
3 cup zucchini
1/2 cup onions
1 cup corn
2 cup tomatos
3 cup broccoli
4 tbl teriyaki sauce
1/2 cup apple juice

Recipe Directions for SGBear's Quick Teriyaki Chicken and Veggi Toss

  1. Chop uncooked chicken, zucchini, onions, broccoli into small bite size pieces.

  2. Use Frozen Broccoli and Corn

  3. to cut down on over cooking the veggies use the following toss in order:

  4. in a pan warm apple juice

  5. toss in Diced Zucchini, mix till evenly coated.

  6. wait 1 minute then toss in onions

  7. wait 1 more minute then toss in chicken and 3 tbl teriyaki

  8. cook for 5 minutes

  9. toss in frozen corn and broccoli

  10. finally add 1 can whole drained tomatos (you dice) on the last minute.

  11. these time frames are approximate but gives you an idea to stagger adding your ingredients.
