nice fast recipe made for 1. reduce the cal count by eliminating the pasta and serve over rice or none at all. very good with parmesan cheese shredded on top.

Recipe Ingredients for SGBear98's crabmeat pasta

1/3 cup apple juice
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup chopped mushrooms
1/2 cup chopped broccoli
2 small roma tomatoes
1/2 cup crabmeat
1 tbs brummel and brown butter
1 oz spaghetti

Recipe Directions for SGBear98's crabmeat pasta

  1. chop all ingredients

  2. in a small sauce pan add apple juice and mushrooms and saute till soft

  3. in a seperate pot boil pasta according to the directions on the package.

  4. steam broccolli to your prefered tenderness

  5. add onions to mushroom and continue cooking till onions and mushrooms are cooked to your liking.

  6. add crabmeat and any left over apple juice to pan and add salt pepper and garlic powder if desired

  7. add tomatos to the pan and simmer for 2 minutes

  8. add chopped broccoli in for the last minute

  9. finally drain pasta and add to the sauce pan

  10. Tip**shorter noodles mix easier with the crabmeat mixture so I usually break the pasta noodles in thirds or fouths before cooking.
