Great high protein, no sugar, low carb all-in-one meal

Recipe Ingredients for SF Joe's Special

8 oz Spinach
0.5 medium raw Onion Yellow
3 tsp Chopped Garlic
3 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
6 medium Mushrooms
8 oz raw 90% Lean Ground Sirloin
1 large Egg, Whole
3 tbsp Parmesan, Shredded Cheese
1 tsp Iodized Salt
1 tsp Nutmeg, Ground

Recipe Directions for SF Joe's Special

Brown 1 1/2 lb ground beef in olive oil til crumbly, add 1/2 C chopped onions, 2-3 TBs garlic, 5-6 sliced mushrooms, cover til soft. Add seasonings. Add 1/2 lb. spinach, cover to steam, about 3 minutes. Add 3 eggs, stir til combined. Top with 1 TB parmesan per serving.
