Recipe Ingredients for Seven Layer Casserole

1 cup uncooked rice
2 cups corn
2 cups tomato sauce
3/4 cup water
1/2 cup onion, chopped
1/2 cup bell pepper
3/4 pound ground beef
4 strips bacon, halfed

Recipe Directions for Seven Layer Casserole

Place rice and corn in layers in 2 quart casserole, season to taste. Pour 1 cup tomato sauce and 1/2 cup water over layers. Add layers of onion and pepper, cover with seasoned beef. Pour remaininfg tomato sauce and 1/4 cup water over casserole. Top over bacon strip. Cover and bake at 350 for 1 hour. uncover and bake 30 minutes.
