0.5 cup Chickpeas (Garbanzo Beans, Bengal Gram), Mature Seeds
2 oz Yogurt, Plain, Low Fat, 12 Grams Protein Per 8 Ounce
1 tbsp chopped Onions
4 oz Potatoes, Boiled
2 oz Regular Potato Chips
1 oz Chutney
1 oz Tomatoes

Recipe Directions for Sev Puri

Put chickpea & potato pieces into puri. Dip into chutney. Sprinkle onion, tomato yoghurt and cilantro over the top
