Settlement Reduced Fat Whole Wheat Oven Pancake (Serving Size: 1/4 Pancake)

1/4 c white flour
1/2 c whole wheat flour
1 egg
2 egg whites
1/2 t salt
1 c skim milk
1/2 t butter
1/2 t canola oil

Recipe Directions for Settlement Reduced Fat Oven Pancake with Whole Wheat

Combine all ingredients except butter in pan. Heat oven to 425. Melt butter in oven-safe skillet. Add batter to skillet and bake for 15 min. Reduce heat to 325. Bake until edges are brown. Serve with fresh lemon juice and Splenda.
