Recipe Ingredients for Sesame Whole-Wheat Bread

1 1/2 cups warm water
1 tablespoon instant yeast
1/4 cup light brown sugar
1/4 cup light molasses
2 1/4 cups whole wheat flour
1/4 cup canola oil
1/4 cup sesame seeds
1/4 cup yellow cornmeal
2 1/2 teaspoons sea salt
3 large eggs
5 cups unbleached all-purpose flour

Recipe Directions for Sesame Whole-Wheat Bread

Prepare a basic yeast dough bread, let proof for about 2 hours. Divide into 3 loaves. Let rise for another hour. Bake at 350F until golden brown.
