Recipe Ingredients for Sesame Turkey Stir-Fry

31 grams coleslaw mix
2 tablespoon sesame oil
1 pound 93% lean ground turkey
160 grams dry brown rice
2 tablespoon lite soy sauce
4 cloves garlic

Recipe Directions for Sesame Turkey Stir-Fry

  1. I had to use coleslaw mix in the analysis but it should still be very close to the right calories and such. BUT change that to 2 cups cole slaw mix and 2 cups broccoli slaw mix!!

  2. Steam rice.

  3. Brown Meat, set aside.

  4. Heat oil add garlic and saute. Add slaws and saute for about 2 minutes.

  5. add soy sauce and rice and saute 2 more minutes.
