Recipe Ingredients for Sesame Tofu Veggie Stir Fry

1 1 tsp Tofu
1 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Broccoli, Cooked
1 Tbsp Sweet Ginger Sesame Sauce
1 cup Rice, Brown, Medium-grain, Cooked
1 cup Onions
1/2 cup slices Carrots
1 cup Corn, Sweet, Yellow

Recipe Directions for Sesame Tofu Veggie Stir Fry

Par cook all the vegetables and then transfer top a fry pan with the tofu and sesame sauce. Meanwhile, steam the brown rice. Then to plate, lay the stir fry atop the brown rice.
