Sesame Tofu Recipe

This is a very easy recipe. It's good for omnivores and herbivores alike. I eat it for breakfast, but it's good any time.

Recipe Ingredients for Sesame Tofu

350 gram of firm tofu, pressed and drained
1/3 cup corn starch
2 tablespoons brown sugar
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 teaspoon toasted sesame oil
1 tablespoons olive or Canola oil

Recipe Directions for Sesame Tofu

Cut the drained tofu into cubes. Dredge each cube in corn starch. Put the oil in a skillet (or use nonstick spray) on medium-high heat. Fry the cubes of tofu until brown and crisp. Mix the soy sauce, brown sugar, and sesame oil in a small bowl or cup. Pour over the cubes of tofu. Let it bubble for 30 seconds to thicken, and turn off the heat. Serve with rice.
