3 cups flour, whole wheat
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking powder
3 tablespoons sesame seeds
9 ounces tofu, firm
4 ounces olive oil

Recipe Directions for Sesame Tofu Crackers

  1. form a well with dry ingredients

  2. blend tofu, olive oil with 1/4 water

  3. mix all ingredients and add more water if necessary

  4. roll onto cookie sheet and slice into about 50 pieces

  5. bake at 400 degrees for 12-15 min.
