Light, Quick, and Easy. My go to meal in a pinch

Recipe Ingredients for Sesame Tilapia

24 oz Tilapia
0.25 cup Orange Juice
2 tbsp Oil, Sesame
0.25 cup Soy Sauce
2 tsp Ginger Root
2 clove Garlic

Recipe Directions for Sesame Tilapia

  1. Mince garlic and ginger and combine all ingredients except the fish in a 9" baking pan.

  2. Place 6 filets in the pan, cover and marinate for 15 min. Turn and marinade for another 15 min.

  3. Put pan in oven preheated to 425 degrees and bake until fish is flakey (about 20 min).

  4. Serve with reduced sauce drizzled over the top.

  5. Note: I sometimes leave out the oil and drizzle a small amount over the top of each fillet right before I place in the oven.
