Recipe Ingredients for Sesame Soy Vinaigrette with Tofu

8 oz tofu, firm, cubed
1 clove garlic
1/4 cup rice wine vinegar
1 tsp sesame oil
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1 tsp sesame seeds, toasted

Recipe Directions for Sesame Soy Vinaigrette with Tofu

  1. Combine all ingredients except tofu and let sit for 15 minutes.

  2. Add cubed tofu and let sit for another 15 minutes.

  3. Drizzle over lettuce for a salad, or drain and use in a wrap for lunch.
