Recipe Ingredients for Sesame Soy Noodles & Veggies

3/4 pound Whole Wheat Spaghetti
1/2 cups Reduced Sodium Soy Sauce
2 tablespoons Sesame Oil
2 tablespoons Canola Oil
2 tablespoons Rice Wine Vinegar
1 teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes
6 Green Onions, Sliced, Divided
1/4 cups Cilantro, Chopped
1 Red Pepper, Sliced Thin
1/4 heads Red Cabbage, Sliced Thin
1 cup carrots, shredded
1 cup Shelled Edamame, Cooked

Recipe Directions for Sesame Soy Noodles & Veggies

  1. Boil pasta and drain well.

  2. Combine soy sauce, sesame oil, canola oil, rice wine vinegar, red pepper flakes, and cilantro in a small bowl and whisk well. Pour over noodles.

  3. Add the remaining ingredients to the noodles and toss well.
