A delciously simple fish dish that takes less than 10 minutes to prepare and cook

Recipe Ingredients for Sesame Salmon with Noodles

4 oz salmon fillet
2 tsp lemon juice
1 salt and pepper
4 oz egg noodles, cooked weight (about 2oz uncooked weight)
1 tsp sesame oil
1 tsp soy sauce
4 oz asparagus
1 spring onion, chopped

Recipe Directions for Sesame Salmon with Noodles

  1. Preheat the oven to 220 C and then have everything ready prepared because this is FAST!

  2. Sprinkle the lemon juice over the salmon and season

  3. Heat an oven-proof skillet on the hop and grease with a little cooking spray. (If you don't have a skillet, use a roasting tin.)

  4. Pop the salmon in the hot skillet, transfer to the oven and set the timer for 6 minutes

  5. Get some water boiling and cook the noodles according to the instructions on the packet (about 3 minutes) setting the asparagus spears on top to steam at the same time.

  6. Drain the noodles and asparagus and toss through most of the chopped spring onion, sesame oil and soy sauce

  7. Place the roasted salmon fillet on top and sprinkle on some more chopped spring onion to garnish
