Recipe Ingredients for Sesame pork balls

1 lb. lean pork
3 tablespoons egg white
1/2 cup bread crumbs
2 garlic cloves, minced
1/2 cup green onion, minced
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/2 cup sesame seeds

Recipe Directions for Sesame pork balls

  1. Mix everything except the sesame seeds.

  2. Add salt and pepper to taste.

  3. Form into sixteen balls.

  4. Roll in sesame seeds.

  5. Push onto double-pronged skewers and barbecue 18 minutes OR

  6. Bake in oven at 350 for 40 minutes.

  7. These are done when the pork is no longer pink.
