Recipe Ingredients for Sesame Masala

0.25 cup Sesame Seeds
0.25 cup pieces or chips Walnuts, English
0.25 cup, whole Almonds
0.17 serving Cayenne Pepper
0.5 tsp Turmeric, Ground
2 tsp Kosher Salt
0.5 tsp Garam Masala
1 tbsp Extra Virgin Coconut Oil
0.33 cup Coriander Leaves
2 tsp packed Sugars, Brown
0.13 cup Coconut Milk
2 clove Garlic

Recipe Directions for Sesame Masala

Grind sesame and nuts; chop cilantro and garlic w/ 2 tsp. water. Add all but coconut oil and milk to bowl with spices and mix. Heat pan over medium-low heat w/ coconut oil. Fry mixture until fragrant. Mix in coconut milk and serve over grilled eggplant, meat or fish.
