Recipe Ingredients for Sesame Kale Salad

4 cups kale
2 teaspoons sesame oil
1 tablespoon low sodium soy sauce
1 teaspoon garlic
1 tablespoon sesame seeds

Recipe Directions for Sesame Kale Salad

  1. Cut kale into medium size pieces

  2. Heat sesame oil on medium heat in large pan

  3. Add garlic

  4. After a minute or so, add kale and 1 tablespoon water.

  5. Simmer for a minute, stir, then simmer for an additional 2 minutes until wilted.

  6. Add sesame seeds and soy sauce.

  7. Serve warm or refridgerate and serve cold.
