Sesame Halibut (or any white fish) with Roasted Tomatoes

Recipe Ingredients for Sesame Halibut with Roasted Tomatoes

5 ounce orange roughy fillet
5 ounces cherry tomatoes
1/3 tbsp olive oil
1 garlic clove
1/3 tbsp sesame oil

Recipe Directions for Sesame Halibut with Roasted Tomatoes

  1. preheat oven to 400F

  2. Slice tomatoes in half and place in largebowl with Olive Oil and garlic. Mix well.

  3. Put mixture on a bking sheet and roast about 20 minutes until tender and some edges are beginning to burn.

  4. coat both sides of fish with sesame oil and season with salt and pepper to taste.

  5. Cook fish about 3-4 minutes per side.

  6. Top with tomato mixture and garnish with Cilantro.
