Recipe Ingredients for Sesame Green Beans

1 tsp sesame seeds
1/2 tsp toasted sesame oil
1 tsp sea salt
1 tsp ground black pepper
8 oz green beans, uncooked
2 tbsp seasoned rice vinegar

Recipe Directions for Sesame Green Beans

  1. Set a steamer basket in a large pot. Fill with enough water to come just below basket; bring to a boil.

  2. Add green beans to basked; reduce heat to simmer.

  3. Cover and cook until crisp tender, 5-7 minutes.

  4. Meanwhile, in a medium bowl, whisk together vinegar and oil; season with salt and pepper.

  5. Add green beans and sesame seeds to bowl and toss.

  6. Serve hot or cold.
