Recipe Ingredients for Sesame Giner Steamed broccoli

1 lb broccoli, cut into florets
2 tablespoon mirin
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon minced fresh ginger
1 teaspoon sesame oil
1 teaspoon sesame seeds

Recipe Directions for Sesame Giner Steamed broccoli

Place broccoli, mirin, soy sauce, ginger, oil and 1/4 c water in large skillet. Cover, and bring to a simmer over med heat. Steam 4 minutes or until broccoli is bright green and crisp-tender. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
