Recipe Ingredients for Sesame Garlic Cauliflower

0.5 head, medium (5-6" dia) Cauliflower
0.67 tbsp Toasted Sesame Oil
0.67 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
5 clove Garlic
2 tbsp Sesame Butter, Tahini, From Roasted And Toasted Kernels (Most Common Type)

Recipe Directions for Sesame Garlic Cauliflower

  1. Clean cauliflower and remove from large stems, so that flowerettes are 1/2' or so in diameter. Discard stems.

  2. Heat oils in cast iron skillet over medium heat. Add cauliflower and sautee for 5 minutes while chopping 4-6 cloves of garlic. Add garlic, stir and continue cooking for few minutes.

  3. Add2 tablespoons of water and cover, continue to cook for 2-3 minutes.

  4. Stir in 2 tablespoons tahini and season with salt, tumeric (1/2 t) and chili powder (1/2 t) as desired.

  5. Serve tossed with cous cous.
