Recipe Ingredients for Sesame Fish

1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp rice vinegar
45 g light soy sauce
3 2/5 ounces Cod Fillets Boneless Skinless
1/2 tbsp garlic
1 Carrots
1 tsp brown sugar
1 cup spinach
1 tsp sesame seeds

Recipe Directions for Sesame Fish

  1. Whisk rice vinegar, olive oil, soy sauce and garlic together.

  2. Spray broiling pan with PAM, place fish in pan, pour sauce over fish.

  3. Broil on medium for about 20 minutes or until easily flaked with fork.

  4. Boil or steam carrots to your liking, I like to boil them with a tsp of brown sugar.

  5. Create a bed of spinach on your plate for the fish. ANd plate the rest as desired.
