Recipe Ingredients for Sesame Curry Spread (low sodium)

1/2 cup sesame seeds
1/2 cup vinegar
1/2 cup water
1 tablespoons peanut butter
2 teaspoons curry powder
2 tablespoons prepared mustard
1 teaspoon hot sauce
1/4 cup sunflower seeds
3 cloves garlic
2 tablespoons oregano

Recipe Directions for Sesame Curry Spread (low sodium)

  1. Lightly toast sesame seeds and sunflower seeds in a skillet.

  2. Grate garlic cloves.

  3. Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
