Recipe Ingredients for Sesame Cucumber Salad

2 cucumbers
2 tbs chopped fresh parsley
3 tbs toasted sesame oil
2 tbs soy sauce
3 tsp rice vinegar
1 tsp sugar
2 tbs toasted sesame seeds

Recipe Directions for Sesame Cucumber Salad

  1. In a small bowl, combine the cucumbers and parsley. Set aside.

  2. In a separate small bowl, combine the oil, soy sauce, rice vinegar, and sugar, stirring to blend. Pour the dressing over the cucumbers and set aside for at least 10 minutes.

  3. Spoon the cucumber salad into small bowls, sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve.
