Recipe Ingredients for Sesame Chicken Salad

4 cups shredded cabbage
12 oz. chicken breast
1 tbs. canola oil
1 tbs. sesame oil
2 tbs. toasted sesame seeds
2 tbs. white vinegar
2 tbs. splenda

Recipe Directions for Sesame Chicken Salad

  1. Shred chicken & mix with cabbage

  2. While sesame seeds toast in a dry skillet, mix remaining ingredients and toss with cabbage mixture

  3. Add toasted sesame seeds & toss again

  4. Serve
