Recipe Ingredients for Sesame Chicken

1 tbsp flour
1 tsp corn starch
1 tsp soy sauce
1 tsp white wine
1 egg white
190 g chicken breast, meat only, raw
1 tsp vinegar
1 tsp soy sauce
1 tsp sesame oil
1 clove garlic
2 tsp cornstarch
2 tsp sesame seeds

Recipe Directions for Sesame Chicken

  1. Mix items 1-5 in a bowl. Cut the chicken into bite-sized chunks and add to the mixture, coating well. Refridgerate for 20 minutes.

  2. In a saucepan, heat vinegar, soy sauce, sesame oil, and garlic. Seperately, blend the 2tsp of cornstarch with 4 tsp of water, and then add to the saucepan. Simmer until the sauce thickens.

  3. In an oven heated to 190 C (375 F), bake the battered chicken for 18-22 minutes.

  4. When the chicken is ready, pour the sauce over it and sprinkle the sesame seeds over it all.
