A fast healthy twist to clasic sesame chicken

Recipe Ingredients for Sesame Chicken

1/4 c cornstarch
1/4 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
1 lb chicken
1/4 c reduced sodium soy sauce
1/4 c sugar
1/2 tsp sesame oil
2 tbs sesame seeds
1/4 c chives
3 tbs peanut oil

Recipe Directions for Sesame Chicken

  1. Mix cornstarch, salt and peper in gallon ziploc bag. Cut chicken into 2 in pieces. Add chicken to mixture to coat.

  2. Heat skillet add peanut oil and cook chicken until done, remove from skillet.

  3. Add soy sauce and sugar to skillet and mix until sugar dissolves. Add sesame oil and let reduce, add in chicken, sesame seeds and chives to coat.

  4. Serve with steamed rice or asian noodles.
