** NOTE ** Use Udon Noodles instead of spaghetti. If using spaghetti use WHOLE-WHEAT. - Analyzer did not understand whole-wheat spaghetti. Sesame oil adds a nutty taste to this 400-calorie dish that takes just 20 minutes to make. Sweet peppers and cilantro keep things colorful, while Asian garlic-chili sauce adds a subtle kick.

Recipe Ingredients for Sesame Chicken with Noodles

1/3 cup rice vinegar
1/3 cup thinly sliced green onions
2 tbsp. honey
1 tbsp. reduced-sodium soy sauce
1 tbsp. grated fresh ginger
2 tsp. chili sauce
12 oz. grilled chicken breast strips
12 oz. spaghetti
