Sesame Chicken and Celery Recipe

Healthy Asian style dish without lots of ingrediants. Served w/brown rice cooked with chicken broth.

Recipe Ingredients for Sesame Chicken and Celery

4 chicken breast
4 tbsp sherry wine
4 tbsp soy sauce
2 tsp ginger
1/2 c chicken broth
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp olive oil
2 tsp cornstarch
5 celery stalks
4 green onions
2 tbsp sesame seeds

Recipe Directions for Sesame Chicken and Celery

  1. Cut chicken into 1-inch pieces. marinate in bowl with sherry, soy and ginger for 20 minutes. Stir broth and cornstarch. Set aside.

  2. Heat wok, add oil and stir-fry for 2 min until tender crisp. Remove and set aside. Cook half the chicken and save the marinade. Remove and cook the other half until brown then add precooked chicken. Combine marinade and cornstarch mixture then add to chicken until bubbly. Cook 2 min. more then add vegtables. Cover and cook 1 minute more. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve with rice.
