Recipe Ingredients for sesame chicken & broccoli

4 cup, chopped Broccoli
15 oz Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
0.25 cup Sesame Seeds
2 tbsp Olive Oil
1 piece Roasted Red Peppers, Jarred
1 tsp Garlic

Recipe Directions for sesame chicken & broccoli

  1. Cut the broccoli into bite sized pieces & steam it until tender.

  2. Dice the chicken into bite sized cubes.

  3. Mince the garlic (or use jarred minced garlic).

  4. Cut the pepper into thin strips.

  5. put the oil into the pan with the sesame seeds. When they become fragrant, add the garlic and red pepper. Cook until they smell delicious, Then add the chicken and cook until done. Stir the broccoli in and season to taste with soy sauce, to serve with rice or add marinara to serve over pasta. Or, eat it plain.
