Recipe Ingredients for Sesame Bean Sprouts

1 lb bean sprouts
2 tablespoons toasted sesame seeds
4 cloves garlic, crushed
2 green onion, diced
1 pinch salt
4 tablespoons crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
4 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon sesame oil

Recipe Directions for Sesame Bean Sprouts

  1. Clean sprouts, discard any brown pieces.

  2. Place into boiling water, allow to boil for approximately 5-8 minutes.

  3. Drain well.

  4. In large bowl, toss ingredients.

  5. Served warm or cold.
