saw this w/green beans and thought it would be good w/asparagus :)

Recipe Ingredients for sesame asparagus

1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon sesame seeds
1 clove garlic, minced
1 c. asparagus
2 dashes of soy sauce
1/4 cup chicken broth

Recipe Directions for sesame asparagus

  1. Heat oil in a large skillet or wok over medium heat. Add sesame seeds and garlic. When seeds start to darken, stir in asparagus and soy sauce. Cook, stirring.

  2. Pour in chicken broth, salt and pepper. Cover and cook until asparagus is tender-crisp, about 10 minutes. Uncover and cook until liquid evaporates.
