a variation of traditional sephardic soup

Recipe Ingredients for Sephardic soup

60 grams mushrooms
75 grams carrots
400 grams squash
240 grams lentils
1/8 cup lemon juice
1 orange
1 tablespoon turmeric
1 tablespoon cumin
30 grams ginger
3 garlic cloves
1/2 onion
1/2 cup sweet corn

Recipe Directions for Sephardic soup

Bake squash. When soft, mix with everything but carrots, mushrooms and lentils with blender. Pour in water, simmer with lentils, carrots, and mushrooms.
